Handling 6,000 Orders Monthly and 1.8 Million Units Processed

All processes were manual, with the most critical process being order preparation, which relied on printed documents and human memory. With over 8,000 references and more than 12,000 pallet positions to visit to prepare an order, the process was highly inefficient.

With the implementation of the WMS system, it is now clear how much of each product to pick, place, or dispatch, and where exactly to do so. This automation and digitization significantly improved employee productivity and resulted in better service for customers.
